Despite our on-the-ground efforts to design and implement interventions at the frontlines of care, we also understand the importance of working at the population level.  At the Lyles Lab, we lead data efforts to link clinical information from multiple healthcare systems to neighborhood-level indicators of social determinants of health.  We also understand the importance of collaborations across academia, healthcare system leaders, government agencies, and community members to advance multi-sectoral interventions with the greatest potential for improving public health.
